Is it time to expand the depth of your knowledge?

Our lead tech instructor has thousands of dives, and certifications from GUE, IANTD, along with NAUI Tech.  Starting with deep air back in the day when that was all we had Doug explored the deep walls and caves of Okinawa.  As diving progressed so did Doug’s skills and exposure including training on RB80 rebreathers in the early days of GUE and Trimix and Heliox mixes with NAUI tech and GUE trainers.  Seeking out some of the best training in the world for himself Doug has traveled to Florida for cave and sidemount training, Thailand and Philippines for further deep training and on to California for some deep trimix training with dry suits and other gear not needed in the warm waters around Okinawa.  Progressing from independent doubles to isolation manifolds to rebreathers.  Diving sidemount before we had dedicated sidemount rigs and exploring deep caves and wrecks Doug has been there.  The vast breadth of knowledge and experience will allow you to fully grasp why we have evolved in the way we teach and the way we dive “tech”.  Still always trying to increase his own knowledge to share with his students Doug still attends training seminars and classes all over the world from lectures on Deco Theory hosted by Bruce Wienke and sidemount courses from the founder of DiveRite Lamar Hires.  This constant desire to stay up to date ensures all the tech diving students and clients get the best information and training available today.
